Wind Farm, situated in Bulgaria with a capacity of 31.7 MW, fully permitted for commencement of construction and comprises a total of 17 plots which are suitable for the installation of 17 wind turbine generators with the following physical characteristics:

* 2 turbines with hub heights of up to 70 m and rotor diameter of up to 52 m.
* 15 turbines with hub heights of up to 105 m and rotor diameter of up to 94 m.
* including a plot, which will be used for the construction of a voltage increasing electrical Substation.

The essential details are:
* Valid Construction Permits for installation of wind turbine generators, cable lines and voltage increasing Substation [20 (or 33) / 110 kV];
* Own land with all necessary easements on the neighboring plots;
* Proven wind power potential in a region where >70% of Bulgaria’s wind power generation is concentrated;
* Optimized grid connection scheme to a new high-voltage (110 kV) overhead power line, crossing the area in <100 m distance from the Substation plot.
