International private equity firm is conducting a search within US territory for a retail chain selling perfume (as well as makeup and beauty products, if included) in order to acquire a majority share of the capital and generate synergies with other companies operating in this sector already held by the firm. Priority will be given to opportunities for production under the chain's own brand and additional channels of online distribution.
