International producer and distributor of top-tier bottled mineral water is conducting a search for a Europe-based water bottler with a well-known brand sold primarily through large-scale retail chains in order to buy up a significant percentage of its share capital.
Priority will be given to companies located in Germany or the UK with product certification and an adjusted EBTDA of at least 10% of overall turnover.
