Italo-Spanish group with highly successful operations in the commercial catering and institutional foodservice industry is looking to take on a significant percentage of the capital of one or more companies operating in EU countries in the areas of institutional foodservice (company cafeterias, schools, hospitals) and commercial catering.
The aim of the partnership proposal is to grow the portfolio of clients through a range of strategies including new business models and skills.

As part of its international development plan, a leading Spanish food services group is looking to buy a medium-sized Romanian catering business.
The ideal business would serve at least two of the following customer segments:
-corporate catering
-hospitals and rest homes
-schools and nursery schools

A further requirement of the search is that the food prep areas be equipped in keeping with EU standards; businesses in possession of environmental, management and security system certifications will be given extra attention.
