Due to circumstantial factors, a well-known Italian office furnishings company, holder of its own famous brand for over a century and winner of significant international prizes and awards, is considering selling off its corporate assets.
The company is currently operating with a reduced workforce and under special managerial conditions as it awaits a relaunch plan.
Preference will be given to proposals that involve retaining the company’s production facilities in Italy and its current 150 employees, with the understanding that international development plans are also welcome.
