Together with a private equity fund, we are working to collect and select among proposals to place shares in a strong European group that enjoys a leading place in the market of electric insulation for power generation and distribution processes as well as glass blocks for both architecture and interior design.
The group undergoing divestiture is currently operating under conditions of financial strain.
In addition to proposals to purchase the entire block of shares, we will also consider proposals involving entry into the shareholding structure through the acquisition of a minority interest or mezzanine capital investment, provided the arrangement serves to restore equilibrium to the group’s financial structure.
