Our client is a small-sized German firm specialized in planning and manufacturing machinery computer-designed in 3D and focused in particular on automation and advanced robotics for industrial assembly and micro-assembly systems. Our consultancy has been commissioned to develop an industrial aggregation plan for the client targeting foreign companies with similar production profiles and aimed at creating a single international group that would be more competitive, highly technologically evolved and enjoy a presence in multiple countries.
The key elements of the project are outlined in a detailed document, along with the main forms of synergy that could be achieved and several proposals of governance arrangements, as well as possible share exchanges.
