The subsidiary in question is an internationally high-profile brand specialized in distance sales of fashion products (women’s, men’s, children’s, lingerie, sports products, shoes and accessories) and home textiles in the medium/affordable price range.
The brand to be restructured has a multi-channel distribution network (mail order and online) and operates in 23 countries, with 18 million customers.
The group is planning to sell off an absolute majority share (or the entire block of shares) to an investor who agrees to collaborate and follow through with recapitalizing and restructuring the target company by injecting the necessary liquidity.
