As part of an asset reallocation operation, the majority shareholder is looking to sell off a wellness center built on free-flowing natural hot springs in a well-known part of southern Slovenia, including three outdoor thermal pools, hydro massage facilities and hot and cold circulation therapy baths. The spa also provides high-end, personalized treatments.
The complex comprises 120 rooms, two restaurants, a gym and a spa boutique offering wellness products.
