I am a consultant hired by a group of Finnish doctors to locate a strategic/financial partner to foster the development of a home telecare start-up.
More specifically, this project aims to meet the needs of individuals who are ill or suffer from medical conditions, thereby granting them a degree of freedom within the confines of the home: a 24-hour telecare and telemedical service with specially designed software to continuously monitor patients' vitals using special equipment located in the home.
In some cases services also include home automation for people living alone, to prevent the most frequent domestic accidents (gas leaks, etc.).
Potential partners will be provided with initial firsthand evidence of the project’s feasibility and a realistic business plan.

European company with a leading position in the production and distribution of hearing aid products is pursuing a process of international growth. As part of this process, the company is interested in acquiring the majority or totality of shares in a medium-large sized company that is active in the field of hearing aid products, specifically by producing and distributing these devices.
In the initial contact phase, interested parties are requested to provide a detailed outline of personalized services provided to clients, where present.

Swedish group internationally active in dealing with advanced renal and heart failure treatment systems is conducting a search for complementary companies producing modern dialysis equipment, single-use filters and other devices for providing intensive treatment, with the intention of acquiring a majority of company shares.

A major French healthcare group with a prominent place in the national private healthcare market is currently assessing the possible divestment of its psychiatric and mental health division, together with associated clinics, as part of a process of corporate restructuring. The business in question is valued at between 180 and 230 million euros.
