The project is a specialised Tilapia fish farm located along the Volta Lake in Ghana. The project started with Aquaculture in 2012 and currently has the below as some of its assets:

•Recirculation Aquaculture System (RAS) for fingerling production(500,000 fingerlings per month)
•55 production cages(180 000kg)
•1 distribution van
•Cold Storage facility

The project has current production capacity of 6 million fingerling and 180,000 kg of table top tilapia fishes per annum. Historical sales volumes are indicated in the table below.

Project Cost.

The expansion project will require UD$1.5 million. The project intends to raise this using a combination of both equity and debt. Below is the list of deliverables for this project:

•100 pieces of 100m3 production cages with a total capacity of 520MT of fresh Tilapia per annum. This capacity is available to serve both the local and export market.
•Refrigerated trucks for delivery of fish
•3 Cold storage facilities of capacity 20 MT and Retail outlets at three main cities in Ghana.
•2 farm truck for transferring feed to farm site
•2 Refrigerated truck of capacity 10MT for transferring tilapia from the farm
