Multinational group operating in approximately 70 countries and headquartered in a Euro zone country, leader in the sector of water purification, drinking water production and waste water treatment, hereby expresses its intentions of investing in contiguous technologies with the capacity to generate powerful synergies with its current core business.
More specifically, the group in question is mainly interested in purchasing companies that have (or are able to develop) the technological know-how needed to produce energy from the recovery of waste water treatment by-products and wastes such as the mud resulting from treatment that can be used as biomass or converted into biogas.
Joint venture or partnership proposals will also be considered on a lower-priority basis.
