Cross-border M&A consultant has been hired by a top Swiss investment firm active in organizing large-scale cultural events and contemporary art fairs featuring artists from all over the world. The firm is currently pursuing an international expansion plan and I have been tasked with managing the acquisition of a significant share in a high-end arts fair held in one of the main African capital cities.

Following an initial purchase of an absolute majority of shares of the company that manages the exhibition in question, the operation might subsequently be completed by acquiring the remaining shares as well.
This search also targets South American markets and specifically Brazil. Applicants are requested to provide a detailed breakdown of the exhibition complex in terms of both historical and projected turnout and turnover together with photographic documentation and an outline of the target market.
