In view of a lack of intergenerational continuity, the ownership of a Spanish IT company specialized in creating, installing and updating management software for SMEs is considering divesting a majority equity share, currently held jointly by the two main shareholders.
The company in question operates throughout the country and has achieved an annual turnover averaging 45 million Euros, nearly all of which comes from the sale and support of software focused on Administration, Finance and HR management.
